A simple loyalty stamp card that brings people back

The classic paper stamp card works because it is simple: buy ten, get one free. A digital version works the same way, without anyone losing a card in a coat pocket.

Keep the reward easy to understand

Pick one reward customers actually want, and say it in a few words, such as "A free coffee". The simplest cards tie the reward to the thing you sell most. A reward nobody wants is not a reason to come back.

Choose a number you can afford

In Awwranges you set how many stamps a customer needs before they can redeem the reward. Work out what the reward costs you, and spread it over the number of orders. A smaller number feels reachable, which is why people keep going. A larger number protects your margin.

  • Aim for a reward a regular can reach within a few weeks.
  • Do the math on what the reward costs you before you launch it.
  • Do not change the rules halfway, since people notice.

Turn it on and tell people

Switch the loyalty program on in your portal settings, set the number of stamps and the reward, and it is live. Then tell people. Mention it at the counter, in a short message on your social profiles and on your receipts, so the people who order every week find out.

Tip: A card that nobody knows about does nothing. Say it out loud when you hand over an order for the first few weeks.

Check that it is working

After a month, look at your repeat customers on the Customers page. If more people are coming back, keep the card as it is. If not, make the reward easier to reach or easier to notice before changing anything else.
